We coordinate all design development, specialist reports, engineering, and compliance documentation, then prepare the full Specification Schedule and Building Material Package required for accurate construction partner pricing and council consent.

We act as your representative, coordinating with suppliers, assisting with consents, dealing with all the paperwork, maintaining the project schedule, organising the tradesmen and providing regular progress updates. This service suits hands-on clients or investors managing multiple projects, offering support without taking over decision-making.
Full project management service
For a completely hands-off experience, our Full Project Management Service, generally priced at 7 - 13% of the total project cost (e.g., from approx. $28,500 for a $400,000 project), takes full responsibility for your build. We handle planning, budgeting, supplier selection, construction oversight, quality checks, and risk management, making it perfect for busy families or first-timers seeking peace of mind.
